Hotel Daniela, Zermatt

My stay at Hotel Daniela was fantastic. the customer service truly made a huge difference. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a family friend rather than just a guest. The breakfast was always a treat, filled with so many choices. However, I did experience a hiccup during check-out regarding an unexpected charge that was stressful.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Daniela during my skiing trip in Zermatt. The warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home, and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel was simply enchanting. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring everything from fresh eggs to exotic fruits. While the hotel's proximity to the ski lifts was fantastic, I did notice that some might find the slight distance from the train station a bit inconvenient. Overall, it truly was a good experience.
